<p class="p3">Weâre looking for an experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of our dating app. As a Product Designer at Search Dates, youâll own the design process end-to-end: from research and ideation, to prototyping and delivering final polished UI to the development team.</p>

<li class="li4">Design new features and product improvements across mobile and web.</li>
<li class="li4">Collaborate closely with other designers, developers, and quality assurance team members.</li>
<li class="li4">Design high-fidelity mockups.</li>
<li class="li4">Maintain and evolve our Figma design system to ensure consistency and scalability.</li>
<li class="li4">Commit to bring your creative energy 40 hours per week and report to the Lead Product Designer.</li>

<p class="p4"><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li4"><strong>5+ years</strong> of proven product design experience (mobile-first required).</li>
<li class="li4">A portfolio that shows more than pretty pixelsâit tells a story of solving real user problems, preferably in consumer apps.</li>
<li class="li4">Deep experience with Figma.</li>
<li class="li4">Strong grasp of user-interface design, typography, color, and layout.</li>
<li class="li4">Ability to balance user needs with business goals.</li>
<li class="li4">Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li class="li4">Ability to move from idea <span class="s1">â</span> wireframe <span class="s1">â</span> high-fidelity <span class="s1">â</span> shipped product.</li>
