<p>We are currently searching for a Senior Web Engineer to join us and work as part of an enthusiastic, <span>motivated, and delivery focused agile team. You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of our </span><span>state-of-the-art, in-house developed, ecommerce platform. Our platform runs over 50 websites - including </span><span>some of the biggest names in Retail. We are an exciting and innovative company, and our Elevation </span><span>strategy is enabling growth in difficult times. We process millions of pounds worth of transactions every day </span><span>and will soon be a billion pound a year web business.</span></p>
<p>Our mission is to provide innovative and reliable websites, mobile applications, and platform tools that <span>enable best-in-class Digital Marketing, Trading, UX, Payments, and Fulfilment. You will have the </span><span>opportunity to develop across the full-stack, and a range of exciting technologies, to help us achieve that </span><span>mission.</span></p>
<p>You will have experience of the full software development lifecycle, along with an appreciation of quality <span>assurance, continuous integration/delivery, and the benefits of automation. You will have a proven track </span><span>record of design, development, and testing, of fast, scalable, and architecturally robust solutions.</span></p>
<p>You will be committed to staying up to date with the latest technology and industry trends, continuously <span>looking for ways to apply them for our benefit.</span></p>
<p>You will have significant experience of the following</p>
<ul><li> C# / ASP.NET Core MVC / .NET Core</li><li> JavaScript</li><li> HTML 5 / CSS</li><li> Relational and NoSQL databases</li><li> Microservices architecture</li></ul>
<p>It would be great if you also have experience of</p>
<ul><li> JavaScript Frameworks: React / Angular / React Native / jQuery</li><li> Git or similar version control system</li><li> RESTful Services</li><li> Elasticsearch</li><li> Redis</li><li> Apache Kafka / Azure ESB</li><li> Event-based architecture and design patterns</li></ul><p></p>
