<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>Weâre looking for a technically minded <strong>Support Specialist</strong> with a background in finance or accounting to join our growing team. Youâll help new customers implement and configure their billing workflows, provide ongoing support, and ensure a smooth experience using Vayu.<br>Youâll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to make sure every customer setup is reliable, scalable, and successful.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong> </strong></h3> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Customer Support - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-launch for technical or operational issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Customer Enablement - Understand customersâ pricing, billing, and revenue models to configure Vayu accordingly.</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, coordinating with Product and Engineering when needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with CS to translate business requirements into technical configurations. Validate data migrations, integrations (e.g., CRM, ERP, payment gateways), and ensure accuracy before launch.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Remote - EST </p> <p><strong>Department</strong>: Customer Success / Operations</p> <p><strong>Position: Part-time </strong></p> <hr> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>+2 years of experience in a <strong>technical support</strong>, <strong>implementation</strong>, or <strong>customer success</strong> role in a SaaS or fintech company.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of <strong>billing, subscriptions, or revenue management workflows</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Familiarity with accounting or revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).</p> </li> </ul>
