Youâll help support decentralized operations while driving centralized standards around infrastructure, automation, identity, and support practices.<p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><b>What Youâll Do</b></p><p>As a DevOps Engineer, youâll support and evolve Modaxoâs cloud, security, and system infrastructure, manage shared and business-unit specific environments, and ensure operational excellence across a wide spectrum of technologies.</p><p><i>Key Responsibilities:</i></p><ul><li>Oversee IT systems environment compliance against Modaxo IT/IS baseline.</li><li>Own and manage DNS, networking, VPNs, and infrastructure components across hybrid environments.</li><li>Support new acquisition IT integration</li><li>Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and JumpCloud directory services</li><li>Integrate and manage identity and access using Okta and SSO technologies</li><li>Support and maintain Cloudflare configurations (DNS, WAF, Zero Trust)</li><li>Provide remote system administration support for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments for Modaxo users.</li><li>Manage SharePoint sites and role-based permissions. </li><li>Oversee and participate in L3 IT support escalations where required across the portfolio.</li><li>Monitor system health and performance, respond to incidents, and support on-call operations as needed</li><li>Partner with Business Unit IT teams to support infrastructure, security, and operational needs</li><li>Ensure alignment with cyber / data security and privacy best practices and compliance frameworks ( ISO27001, NIS2 and EU-GDPR)</li></ul><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Systems admin/ Engineering role</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure</li><li>Experience with Entra ID/ Azure AD, and M365 administration</li><li>Experience with JumpCloud is plus</li><li>Deep understanding of networking, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing</li><li>Experience with Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management)</li><li>Comfortable supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems</li><li>Experience with Cloudflare management is plus</li><li>Ability to work across multiple business units with varying technical maturity</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset</li></ul><p><b>Nice to Have</b></p><ul><li>Experience supporting a decentralized, multi-entity IT environment</li><li>Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD platforms</li><li>Exposure to containerization (Docker, ECS, AKS, Kubernetes)</li><li>Experience with cloud cost optimization and governance strategies</li></ul><p>#LI-DNI</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Worker Type:</b></p>Regular<p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Number of Openings Available:</b></p>1<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>And a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading Software Company.</span> </b></p><p></p><p><i><b><span>If youâre interested in this role then click on apply!</span></b></i></p></div>
